Ctvision LTD ("Ctvision", "we", "our", or "us") is a Connected Television (CTV) advertising network registered in the United Kingdom. We enable advertising delivery across CTV platforms by working with publishers, device manufacturers, and advertising partners.

Depending on the context of processing, Ctvision may act as a data controller, joint controller, or processor.

2. Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how we process data in connection with our advertising technology services.

It applies to data processed through:

Connected TV devices and operating systems
Applications and environments where our technology is integrated
Advertisements delivered via our network
Where required, data processing is carried out in accordance with transparency and consent signals provided by publishers via Consent Management Platforms (CMPs), including those aligned with the IAB Europe Transparency & Consent Framework (TCF).

 
3. Data We Process
We process limited categories of pseudonymous data necessary for advertising delivery and measurement.

These include:

Device information and identifiers
(e.g. IP address, device type, operating system, device model)
Approximate location data
(derived from IP address at country or regional level)
Advertising event data
(e.g. impressions, frequency, completion rates, interactions)
Contextual data
(e.g. app, channel, content category)
Technical delivery data
(e.g. connection type, app version, diagnostics)
We do not process directly identifiable data such as names or email addresses.

We do not currently use Automatic Content Recognition (ACR). If this changes, this policy will be updated.

 
4. Purposes of Processing
We process data for specific purposes defined under applicable data protection laws and aligned, where relevant, with the IAB TCF framework purposes:

Consent-Based Purposes (where applicable)
Store and/or access information on a device
Use limited data to select advertising
Create profiles for personalised advertising (only where applicable in future)
Use profiles to select personalised advertising (if enabled)
Legitimate Interest Purposes
Measure advertising performance
Ensure security, prevent fraud, and debug systems
Deliver and optimise advertising (non-personalised or contextual)
Apply frequency capping and campaign management
Ctvision currently focuses primarily on contextual and device-level advertising, and does not rely on extensive cross-site profiling.

 
5. Data Sources
We receive data from:

CTV platforms, OEMs, and publishers
Applications where our ad technology is integrated
Advertising demand partners (e.g. DSPs)
We do not collect data directly from consumers.

 
6. Data Sharing and Recipients
We may share data with:

Publishers and platform partners
Advertisers and demand-side platforms (DSPs)
Supply-side platforms (SSPs) and exchanges
Measurement and verification providers
Infrastructure and cloud service providers
All recipients are contractually bound to process data:

In accordance with GDPR and applicable laws
Based on TCF signals where applicable
Only for defined and limited purposes
We do not sell personal data.

9. Data Retention
We retain data only as long as necessary:

Advertising and event-level data: typically up to 90 days
Longer retention may apply for fraud prevention, legal compliance, or contractual requirements
After retention periods expire, data is deleted or aggregated.

Where data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, we implement appropriate safeguards such as:

Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs)
Other legally recognised transfer mechanisms
